1. These terms and conditions of use regulate the rules for the use of the Myline_D APP which can be downloaded from the domain https://www.mylined.com . Downloading or using the APP automatically gives you the condition of user and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this document, in the Privacy Policy, and in the Legal Notice. The user should read these conditions each time they use the APP because they are subject to modification.
2. Only the users specifically authorized by MYLINE_D may download and use the APP. Those who do not have authorization will not be able to access to any content within the APP.
3. Charges: The user is responsible for paying all costs or expenses incur as a result of downloading and using the APP including any roaming or carrier network charges. Check with your service provider for details
4. Anonymous statistics: MYLINE_D reserves the right to track your activity on the APP and report it to our third-party statistical service providers. All of this is made anonymously.
5. Protection of your personal information: We want to help you take the necessary steps to protect your privacy and information. Please refer to the MYLINE_D Privacy Policy and the App's privacy notices to learn what kind of information we collect and the steps we take to protect your personal information.
6. It is forbidden to alter or modify any part of the APP or its contents or deactivate or manipulate in any other way (or try to deactivate or manipulate) the security functions or other functions of the program. It is also prohibited the use of the APP or its contents for commercial or advertising purposes as well as for the purpose of damaging property, rights, or interests of MYLINE-D or third parties. It is also prohibited to carry out any other use that alters, damages or disables the networks, servers, equipment, products and computer programs of MYLINE_D or of third parties.
7. The APP and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, contents, graphic design, source code, etc.), as well as trademarks and other distinctive signs are MYLINE_D’s property or third parties. The user does not have any rights over them by using the APP. The user must refrain from:
a) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available to third parties, publicly communicate, transform, or modify the APP or its contents, except in the cases contemplated by law or specifically authorized by MYLINE_D or by the owner of the rights.
b) Reproduce or copy the APP or its contents for private use, as well as communicate them publicly, or make them available to third parties when this entails their reproduction.
c) Extract or reuse all or a substantial part of the contents of the APP.
8. Subject to the conditions established in the previous section, MYLINE_D grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the APP for their own use. This license is also granted under the same terms regarding updates and improvements made to the APP. Theses licenses can be cancelled by MYLINE_D at any time by notifying the User.
9. It is the user’s responsibility, in any case, to have suitable tools for the detection and removal of malware or any other harmful computer elements. MYLINE_D is not responsible for any damage to computer equipment during the use of the APP. Likewise, MYLINE_D will not be responsible for damages caused to users when these damages originate from failures or disconnections in the networks’ towers that interrupt the service.
10. IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without warning at any time (this implies no obligation to you). If you continue using the APP after any modification has been made to the terms of use, this indicates your acceptance of such modifications. If you do not accept the terms of use, you should not use or download the APP or use any related software. The use of the APP is under your responsibility. We are not responsible for the removal or inability to store or diffuse any content as well as other information stored or diffused by the APP. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information or advice diffused by the APP. We reserve the right to change, restrict, or discontinue the use of the APP and in any case, we are not responsible for any lost or damage.
11. The user agrees to make proper use of the APP, in accordance with the law, following these terms and conditions and with other regulations and instructions that apply. The user will respond to MYLINE_D and to third parties for any damages that may be caused by the breach of these obligations.
12. These terms and conditions of use are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic and by legal laws internationally recognized on this matter. For the resolution of any conflict, the user specifically submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Dominican Republic or another jurisdiction that Myline_D wishes to empower.

MYLINE_D is not responsible for the result of the use of diets and / or routines that are generated in the MYLINE_D’s APP or WEB; Therefore, this is under the strict responsibility of the user.
MYLINE_D does not, neither pretend to substitute any medical, scientific, physical therapy or treatment related to the health of users or third parties. MYLINE_D is not responsible in any way for the health effects, or the use, or abuse of any data generated in the MYLINE_D’s APP or WEB.
MY LINE_D does not recommend the use or consumption of supplements, natural medicines, derivatives, or drugs of any kind, limiting itself to be a digital platform for the creation of diets calculating macro and micronutrients based on food.
